Woodring, (215)897-5664, Contracting Officer, Eileen McGlinn, (215)897-5664 The FISC Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to solicit on an other than full and open competitive basis, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, ''Only One (1) Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements,'' all Dealers of the following Novell Software Products: Groupwise Version 4.1 Client License, Model No. W11928, 5,500 ea.; Groupwise Message Server for UNIX, Model No. W11927, 44 ea.; Groupwise Gateways:SMTP, Model No. W10747, 1 ea.; and Unixware Version 1.1 Application Server, model no. U10764, 44 ea. This procurement will extend the Office Automation Capability Established at Naval Reserve Force Headquarters Nationwide to its Forty (40) Field Sites, Totaling Forty-Four (44) Multiuser Network Servers. It Involves the Acquisition of a Single ''Master Disk'' on CD-ROM of the Required Software Programs and Users Guide, with 5,500 Individual Licenses to Reproduce, Distribute, and Use Groupwise Version 4.1 (Model No. W11928) and User Documentation (44 ea. of Model Nos. W11927 and U10764 and Documentation; 1 ea. of Model no. W10747 and Documentation). Delivery is required within fifteen days of contract award to Commander, Naval Reserve Force, New Orleans, LA. The proposed solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 25 January 1995 under Solicitation N00140-95-R-1179; the closing date will be thirty (30) days thereafter.
