The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement for MSP/Bachman Interface Software with Manager Software Products, 131 Hartwell Avenue, Lexington, MA 02173. The FMS is currently using Bachman and MSP to establish an FMS repository and requires a bridge tool to interface the Bachman product with the MSP product. This software will provide FMS the automated capability for sharing information between the FMS repository and Bachman software and provide for the import and export of data between the two environments. Vendors who believe they can fulfill this requirement must submit a capability statement. This statement shall outline how they intend on meeting the requirement. Vendors not submitting this information or merely requesting a copy of the RFP will be considered nonresponsive.
