Ralph Nunn, (816)426-7424 Three contracts will be awarded, one (1) small business set-aside for EPA Region II (NY and NJ); one (1) small business set-aside for EPA Region VII (MO, KS, IA & NE); and one (1) small disadvantaged business set-aside for EPA Region VII. Contracts will be Cost-Reimbursable/firm fixed price and will be issued for one year with four one-year options. The contracts will have a maximum contract amount not to exceed $15 million each/$500K minimum for base contract and $250K minimum for each option year. There is no delivery order limit other than the maximum contract amount. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about 17 March 1995. Proposals will be due on or about 03 May 1995. The contracts to be awarded may require personnel, plant and equipment to respond to numerous requests for environmental support (remedial actions) at hazardous waste sites under the control of the Federal Government or at which the Federal Government is determined to be the generator or potentially responsible party. The contractor may also be tasked to offer environmental support where the Kansas City District, or where the US Army Corps of Engineers may otherwise be authorized to respond. Projects could be civil or military in nature. Work will be on Superfund National Priority List (NPL) sites, military installations, other Government property, and various other locations.
