G -- RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS CENTER SERVICES SOL RFP 200-254-W DUE 040595 POC Pamela C. Wrentz, Contract Specialist, 202-307-3070. Concerns are sought who have the ability to provide residential community corrections facility(s) and services for male and female offenders. Interested parties are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the Contracting Office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, accountability, treatment and furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be within the geographically-defined district of upper Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. The geographic district incorporating the upper Los Angeles and Ventura County areas is more precisely defined as follows: North: On its Northern Border, this district would be defined by state Highway 5, to its intersection with Interstate Highway 126, to the Ventura County Line. West: On it's Western Border, this district would be defined by the Ventura County Line. South: On its Southern Border, this district would be defined by the Pacific Ocean and State Highway 10. East: On it's Eastern Border, this district would be defined by State Highway 110, and Highway 210, to its intersection with Highway 5. Contract Base Period is for two years with three one-year options t renew. Estimated total number of mandays for the Base Period is 5,840 males and 1,460 females. Estimated total number of mandays for Option Years One, Two, and Three is 2,920 males and 730 females, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is February 6, 1995. Estimated RFP closing date is April 5, 1995. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. (0011)
