Estimated sample quantities noted in parenthesis. Tests are to be performed in accordance with applicable AASHTO test methods. This solicitation will result in the award of a requirements contract; all work will be ordered by task order. Contract duration is from date of award to March 31, 1996. Estimated price is between $100,000 and $200,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid. The place of performance is unknown. The Government has requested wage rates for possible places of performance: Brackenridge, PA, Tampa, FL, and Lexington, KY.
