CAPE MOHICAN, a SEABEE Barge Carrier. The engine room, cargo barges, and paint lockers are served by the cabinet and alarm panel. The new smoke detecting cabinet shall be a brand name mandatory Graviner, Model K82269, with associated alarm panel. Work is to be accomplished at the MARAD pier in Newport News, Virginia. Any interested firm may request a copy of the solicitation and all responsible offerors may submit bids which shall be considered by the Agency. The Maritime Administration requires that to be eligible for award under this solicitation offerors must: Be holders of the MARAD Master Lump Sum Repair Agreement (MLSRA) or shall apply for and agree to the terms and conditions of the MLSRA. Offerors may accept the MLSRA with their bid; nonholders shall provide annual representations and certifications as required by the MLSRA.
