CAPE MOHICAN, a SEABEE Barge Carrier. Two (2) brand name mandatory Marine Electric Systems, Model CSB 7B-2D-T-010G-4 units are to replace the distilling plant units, and one (1) brand name mandatory Marine Electric Systems, Model CSB 7B-0D-010G-7 unit is to replace the feed and condensate system unit. Work is to be accomplished at the MARAD pier in Newport News, Virginia. Any interested firm may request a copy of the solicitation and all responsible offerors may submit bids which shall be considered by the Agency. The Maritime Administration requires that to be eligible for award under this solicitation offerors must: Be holders of the MARAD Master Lump Sum Repair Agreement (MLSRA) or shall apply for and agree to the terms and conditions of the MLSRA. Offerors may accept the MLSRA with their bid; nonholders shall provide annual representations and certifications as required by the MLSRA.
