The U.S. Customs Service plans to issue a solicitation for operational support and maintenance support services for the US Customs Service C3I (Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence) equipment. A variety of equipment is to be maintained to include equipment such as radar, communications, display systems, electronic components and law enforcement type support equipment. This equipment is used to support the U.S. Customs Service Air/Drug Interdiction mission. The proposed SIC is 4899 and the size standard is $11.0 mil in annual receipts. The support will be required at two facilities; one located at the U. S. Customs National Aviation Center (CNAC) located in Oklahoma City, OK and a second Center located at March AFB in Riverside, CA. The Customs Service anticipates the use of a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period plus four one-year option periods. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is February 25, 1995 and the closing date is March 27, 1995. Requests for the solicitation must be submitted in writing.
