Laurie Lewandowski, (703)235-2121 The Forest Service requires contract support to its Forest Pest Management program for the development and preparation of risk assessments and related documents to support NEPA compliance in forest health programs. Under the proposed contract, the Contractor will provide a broad range of technical support including preparation of pesticide and semiochemical background documents, development of programmatic human health and ecological risk assessments. The contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a stated minimum and maximum. The term will be a base period, estimated to begin in June 1995, and four (4) option periods. The solicitation will be a total small business set-aside under SIC Code 8999. All responsible small businesses may submit proposals, in accordance with Sections L and M of the solicitation, which shall be considered by the Forest Service. See Numbered Note 1. (0011)
