The vendor shall provide a conference site within the downtown DC area or within 8 miles of the Capital Beltway. The expected attendance at each conference will be 350 to 400 people. The conferences are expected to last from one to three days. The vendor shall provide secure overnight storage for materials and be capable of furnishing audio/visual equipment. Parking shall be provided at no charge to the attendees and a Metro stop shall be located within four blocks of the site.
