Announcement. The FHWA, Traffic Systems Branch seeks comments from
traffic engineers and researchers -- representing State and local

Traffic Management Systems (ATMS).'' This ongoing FHWA study is

systems. During March 1995, several 1-day workshops will be held
across the country to promote contact among the interested
professionals. Please send letters of intent to participate in the
workshops as well as recommended locations for the workshops by January
