The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to, the following: demolition of the herbicide storage building; excavation of soils; stockpile and transport of soils; treatment, testing, and re-treatment of soils by low temperature thermal desorption until cleanup goals are reached; backfill of soils or disposal at a RCRA-approved disposal facility; implementation of storm water pollution prevention; construction of all support facilities necessary to complete the work, including but not limited to, trailers, sanitary facilities, equipment decontamination pad, and personnel decontamination trailers.
