Description of Work: Construct a standard design barracks complex. This complex will consist of two barracks; two small, two medium, and six large company operations facilities with showers; two large battallion and one brigade headquarters; a soldier community building and a dining facility. Supporting facilities include utilities; electric service; exterior lighting; paving, walks, curbs and gutters; access roads; parking storm drainage; sewer systems; information systems and site improvements. The project will require demolition of wooden and metal buildings which are currently located on the site. Network Analysis System will be required.
