The facilities included are: Aircraft Ground Equipment Facility, 12,000 SF, Squadron Operations/Aircraft Maintenance Unit, 18,000 SF; Composite; Maintenance Facility, 20,700 SF; Base Civil Engineer Complex, 26,000 SF; Base Supply and Warehouse/Hazardous Material Storage Facility, 51,250 SF, Base Operations/Transient Maintenance, 6,800 SF; ACMI Pod Shop, 2,400 SF; Liquid Oxygen Storage; Mobility Processing, 16,000 SF; POL Operations Facility, 900 SF. Construction is typically concrete slab-on-grade, single story, steel frame, concrete masonry unit (CMU) perimeter walls with standing seam metal roofs. The project also includes Asbestos Removal and demolition of approximately 7 buildings after construction is complete. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is required.
