Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY MULTI-TRADE CONTRACT FOR VARIOUS NAVAL FACILITIES SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA SOL N63387-94-B-5025 DUE 022495 POC Information regarding plans and specifications is provided at the end of this announcement. This is an Indefinite Quantity contract to provide and secure miscellaneous construction repairs, alterations and maintenance work at pre-deteremined wage, material and equipment costs. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor transportation, material, and equipment to fulfill the requirements of the specification at Various Naval Activities in the San Diego Area. The exact location will be indicated by the Contracting Officer on each Delivery Order. The guaranteed contract minimum is $100,000.00. The maximum contract valve cannot exceed $1,600,000.00. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an Unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is 365 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1524 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
