Z -- DEMOLITION OF 4 BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION OF A PREFABRICATION BUILDING SOL DAAD05-95-B-0014 DUE 012295 POC Contract Specialist Susan Houck (410) 278-2398 (Site Code DAAD05) Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the demolition of buildings E3518, E3519, E3521, and E3523 (known to contain lead paint and asbestos), and construct a new prefabricated shop facility building E3524, Edgewood Area, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-5001. Work shall be performed by the contractor in strict accordance with the specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of four buildings, asbestos removal and detection of unexploded ordnance sweeps; includes clearing, grading, demolition, and related site improvements for the development of a prefabricated shop facility. Shop improvements include, as a minimum, new bituminous concrete 18~pavement, concrete walks, domestic water service extension, sanitary sewer service extension, and replacement of existing storm drains; and sediment control measures to satisfy State of Maryland, Department of Environment requirements. This solicitation is issued using Full and Open Competition (F&OC). The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Government anticipates an award of a firm fixed price type contract. Contract performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
