The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to perform the following work: Part A: Repair Switching Station d (R48-89); Part B: Repair Graving Dock and Electrical Systems for Bld 85 (r21-90); Part C: Install heating and ventilation Graving Dock Pump Room (LR7-90); Part D: Repair Pump Room Drainage (LR121-93); Part E: Structural Sill Repair (LR8-95) and incidental related work at the Naval Station, San Diego. Estimated range is between $5.0 million and $10.0 million. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
