The project consist essentially of, but is not limited to, the renovation of approximately 9,000 SF of hangar shops. Exterior work shall include the installation of a standing seam metal roof, replacement of all metal siding, doors and windows. Interior work shall include the demolition of interior partitions and the construction of new interior partition walls, offices and renovation of latrines. Work includes a new electrical service, new heating and air conditioning system, and modification of an existing fire suppression system. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1541.
