The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of an exterior equipment pad with masonry screen walls. Removal of asbestos. Removal of electrical and mechanical equipment from the roof and equipment rooms of Building 1213. Installation of new HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork and electrical connections. Installation of 2300 volt system cables and ductbank. Installation of underground piping and conduit. Installation of new electrical substations and chiller. Installation of new panelboards including new incoming feeders and branch circuits and branch circuit reconnections. Removal of existing substation including PCB contaminated equipment and 2300 volt system cables.
