The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to procure 10 (ten) nine (9) meter Improved Surface Tow Targets (ISTT) plus aprroximately 14 (fourteen) ISTTs as options. The ISTT is a fiberglass hull that is used as a tow target pulled by a target drone. There is no propulsion or electrical system. The ISTT has a beam of 2.5 meters. Construction of the ISTT will be in accordance with NAVSEA Specification T9008-CA-SBS-010/9ISTT dated 23 March 1994. Delivery will commence 11 (eleven) months after contract award, with two (2) boats per month delivered thereafter. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
