The US Army Engineer Division, Huntsville has a requirement for custom designed casework at the Institute of Surgical Research (ISR), Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The casework shall conform to standard industry specifications for Casework, Metal and Wood (Medical and Dental). All items shall be completely installed as instructed, including connections to utilities as required for proper operations. All cabinetry shall be free standing, except as noted, and shall use back and side panels for attaching all pieces and parts thus providing maximum flexibility. The contractor shall be knowledgeable and have at least five years experience in the manufacture and installation of laboratory casework. Contractor shall provide a five year warranty on product and services. Contractor shall extend the project discount for a period of three years. Discount to be calculated from the current published list. The purposed required delivery and installation is July - October 1995. A fixed price contract shall be awarded as a result of this solicitation. A technical proposal will be required from all offerors. The significant evaluation factors will be technical capabilities, management experience, and price. The solicitation will be issued on or before 15 Feb 95.
