Destination, Gaithersburg, MD-- Required Delivery Time 90 days--This is a sole source requirement because the system needs to be a DOE existing Zygo Mark 4 Phase Shifting Interferometer. NIST has a joint project with the DOOOE Y-12 facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee to develop a system for measuring the thermal expansion coefficient of end standards. The interferometer above needs to be 100% compatible with the Y-System to allow the two systems to function as one system; the software will be exactly the same and the instrument resolution and functions are identical--See Note 22.(0012)
