The Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) has solicited proposals for the Affordable Multi-Missile Manufacturing (AM3) program, BAA #95-05 with a proposal due date of January 31, 1995. Based on feedback from the industry and the desire for the highest quality proposals for the AM3 program, the due date for proposals has been changed to February 9, 1995. Full proposals must be submitted to the administrative mailing address below on or before 4:00 PM, 09 FEB 1995. As stated in the initial Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) published in the CBD December 7, 1994, proposal briefings may be requested after proposal submission. Offerors responding to this solicitation should be prepared to provide briefings in the Washington DC area upon request during the weeks of February 20 and February 27, 1995.
