KOEPPE, Phone (703)692-8030 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order under an existing basic ordering agreement to procure engineering and support services for aircraft integration and developmental testing on the AN/ALR-67(V)3 Advanced Special Receiver. The Government intends to negotiate with Hughes Aircraft Company, Radar Systems Group, Los Angeles, CA, 90009-2426. Hughes is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Advanced Special Receiver. As such, they are the only contractor with the unique engineering and technical knowledge to provide the necessary efforts in the required timeframe. See note No. 22 - NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40007-94.
