Kesling, (304) 285-4490 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source contract with David H. Archer under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). The work encompasses combining and extending existing spreadsheet models, previously developed by Mr. Archer, to predict the effects of the key design parameters and operating variables of the PyGas gasifier on plant performance. The extended model will assist in optimizing both the design and operation of the PyGas gasifier and its control system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
