sources to provide a system utilized to integrate occupational safety
and health and fire protection concerns into the planning and design
phases of facility development. The system will identify potential
hazards for similar facility types and provide appropriate OSHA, NFPA,
ANSI, or other requirements guidance. The system may be in the form of
a handbook, hazard list, checklist or other comparable hazard
evaluation tool. The system will preferably be automated. Procurement
will be for an existing (non-developmental) verified system. This is
not a Request For Proposal (RFP) and is not to be construed as a
commitment by the Government to ultimately issue a solicitation or a
contract. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this
Station's evaluations of the information submitted, but sources deemed
fully qualified will be considered should RFP's be released. Technical
