C -- ENGINEERING TESTING SERVICES SOL N00-95-17 DUE 021795 POC Contact Mr. Darin Dona, Contract Specialist, (505) 863-8226 The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment and other incidentals necessary to provide engineering testing services for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Area Office, Branch of Road, Gallup, New Mexico. Testings shall include but limited to pavement and bridge foundation design recommendation, soils testing, aggreagate base, portland cement concrete, asphalt cement, and asphaltic concrete materials. Offerors must be certified AASHTO testing laboratory and must be located within 500 miles radius of Gallup, New Mexico to qualify. Offerors will also be required to submit a Standard Form 254 and 255 with its bid proposal. The government contemplates award of indefinite quantity multiple contract awards resulting from this solicitation. Offerors will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference which is scheduled for February 3, 1995. Issue date on or about January 17, 1995.
