It is the intent of the government to collaborate with UNI-CAT, a Collaborative Access Team, consisting of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), and the UOP Corporation--Due to the expertise of team personnel, and uniqueness of this project, the intent to negotiate with this Collaborative Access Team, is in accordance with 41 USC 253 (c)(1), only one responsible source--The period of performance shall be date of contract award through October 31, 1995--F.O.B. Destination, Gaithersburg, MD.--This is a contract for a base year with four one year option periods--See Note 22. (0012)
