Concerns are sought who have the ability to provide residential community corrections facility(s) and services for male and female offenders. Interested parties are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and point of contact) to the Contracting Office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, accountability, treatment and furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions and dental treatment. The services shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in Orange County, California. Contract Base Period is for two years with three one-year options to renew. Estimated total number of mandays for the Base Period is 23,360 males and 8,030 females. Estimated total number of mandays for Option Years One, Two and Three is 12,775 males and 4,380 females, respectively. Estimated RFP issue date February 13, 1995. Estimated RFP closing date is April 12, 1995. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. (0012)
