The Navy intends to contract on a firm fixed price basis in support of the Defense Finance and Accounting Services, Denver, Colorado for ground maintenance and snow removal services for buildings 385, 402, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 667 and 1432 located within the Defense Finance and Accounting Services, Denver Center Gilcrest Complex. Ground maintenance service requirements consist of erosion control, pest control, pruning, mulching, edging, trimming, mowing, fertilizing, aeration, irrigation and irrigation system maintenance. The Snow removal service requirements consist of the removal of snow and ice from parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, steps, loading docks, patios and exterior smoking areas. Services to be acquired will be for a basic year with options for two additional years. The Navy anticipates award of this contract on 31 March 1995.
