Doerfler,206 /931-7296 This project is for the design, installation, and program of a new lighting control system at the Union Station U.S. Courthouse in Tacoma, Washington. This synopsis serves as the Government's notice that a sole-source contract is proposed with Landis/Gyr Powers, Inc., located at 1720 124th Avenue NE, Bellevue, Washington, 98005-2197, for the provision of these services (see Note 22 of CBD publication). Responsible sources are those able to perform the above services while meeting the following minimum requirement: 1) The new lighting control system must completely interface with the existing breakers and panels, and tie-in with the existing energy management control system (EMCS) which was previously supplied, installed, and programmed by Landis/Gyr Powers, Inc. This lighting control system must be functionally compatible with, and be able to serve as a subsystem to, the existing parent Landis/Gyr Powers EMCS. The anticipated solicitation issue date is February 3, 1995. All inquiries from responsible sources in response to this CBD announcement, as well as evidence which supports the meeting of the above minimum requirement, must be received by this office no later than the Proposal Due Date and Time of close of business day, March 4, 1995.
