Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS) for the purpose of establishing an on post contractor owned and operated parts store, to provide parts for all non-tactical wheeled vehicles, commercial designed construction equipment and support equipment, material handling equipment, tactical vehicles of a commercial design, commercial designed electronic equipment replacement parts and Federal Informatin Processing Equipment. Quantities re estimated and proposed contract will be a requirements type contract. Period of contract is 1 September 95 through 31 Aug 96 with two one year options. Anticipated issue date of this solicitation is 1 February 1995 with an anticipated date for receipt of bids 7 March 1995.
