Requirement will consist of 3 structures, one administrative building (60'W x 100'L x 20'H) which shall at one end have an office and shower/restroom facilities (both male and female) remainder of area shall be designed for storage, and two construct/destruct buildings (80'W x 120'L x 24'H) with one end open -- These are to be prefabricated structures -- These structures must come ready to assemble by government personnel -- Government furnished plans will be provided for general floor plan requirements, i.e., locates for power, heating, hot water, plumbing, lighting, and general elevations -- The successful offeror must be prepared to provide blueprints for footer and foundation requirements as well as those for the structures -- All offerors must provide two sets of technical and material data sheets and one set of blue prints for building design evaluation by Civil Engineering -- The structures will be built in Jacks Valley on the USAF Academy -- Please note: AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL OF FUNDS -- Delivery FOB Destination: USAF Academy CO 80840 -- This requirement will be solicited as a negotiated procurement -- RFP F0561195R0019 will be available on or about 30 Jan 95 -- RFP Closing shall be 2 Mar 95.
