The US Army Communications-Electronics Command is extending the current contract DAAB07-92-D-B502 with AT&T Advanced Technology Systems for an additional three (3) years under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), ''Only One Responsible Source'', FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). It is to acquire an estimated 2,800 tactical fiber optic cable assemblies and associated connectors, repair kits, spare and repair parts, ancillary items and data. This three (3) year follow on to the current contract is a requirements type contract on a firm fixed price basis. The contract period is from 03 January 1995 to 31 December 1997. The tactical fiber optic cable assembly was developed by AT&T Advanced Technology Systems. (0013)
