The duffle bag must conform to the following standards: navy blue nylon sports duffle bag, navy nylon handles and adjustable nylon shoulder strap, 420 Denier vulcanized rubber backing making all outer walls waterproof. The bags shall have four nylon zippers: one on top, one side pocket, and one on each of the two outer end pockets, the two outer end pockets shall be 2 inches deep.
