Martinez, (310)494-5534 Request for proposals to provide Research Animal Feed in assorted bags and cases on an as needed basis to the Research Departments at the VA Medical Centers: Long Beach, Sepulveda, San Diego, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and the Northern CA System of Clinics, Pleasant Hill, CA; Tucson, AZ; Seattle, and American Lake (Tacoma) WA; and Boise ID. Intended contract period 4-1-95 - 3-31-96 with two one-year option periods. All feed must be of Research grade in accordance with the standards of the American Association for Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care. Milling date and product composition must be indicated on all containers of feed and must be current. Descriptive literature is required with the proposal when offering equal items.
