A -- A -- AGM-154 (JSOW) FIELD ENGINEERING SUPPORT POC Contact, Dirk A. Robinson, Phone (703)604-6100 NAVAIR intends to procure field engineering support for the AGM-154 Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW). This support will be to assist the Government in its preparation for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development phase of JSOW variant All Up Rounds (AUR). Systems engineering support, a demonstration of direct Government access of Management Information Systems (MIS),and other ancillary support will be procured. The Government intends to award a sole source order under existing BOA N00019-94-G-0299 to Texas Instruments Inc., Defense Systems & Electronics Group, 2501 South Highway 121, P.O. Box 405 M/S 3442, Lewisville, Texas 75067. TI, DSEG, as the sole developer and manufacturer of the AGM-154A system and all associated test equipment, is the only contractor with the requisite capabilities and specialized knowledge to provide the required support in accordance with established delivery requirements.
