Services Nonpersonal to provide joint command and control warfare-related software development for modeling and simulation and software maintenance in support of the Joint Command and Control Warfare Center (JC2WC). These services shall include training simulations consisting of construtive simulations which are interactive with other constructive and virtual simulations and live systems; Aggregate Level Simulation Protocol; Distributed Interactive Simulation Protocol; increased simulation fidelity; command and control targeting; real-time intelligence feeds; graphics and 3D fly-through graphics; terrain and imagery-overlayed terrain; weather; short and long term after action analysis and reporting, and doctrine development; and force-on-force level analysis. These services shall be performed in response to specific tasks which shall be issued only when specific services are not available from government resources. Contract period will be one basic and four option years. As these services are being purchased for use in cryptologic activties related to national security, the Nunn-Warner Amendment (Public Law 97-86) is applicable.
