F -- TOTAL ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION CONTRACT SPECIAL NOTICES TOTAL ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION CONTRACT (TERC) PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES FAIR. TERC Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, 21 February 1995, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the Procurement Opportunities Fair will be held on Wednesday, 22 February 1995, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Both events will be held at the OMNI Inner Harbor Hotel, 101 West Fayette Street, between Charles And Liberty Streets, downtown Baltimore, Maryland 21201. The number of offerors personnel permitted to attend the pre-proposal conference shall be limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives per firm. It is anticipated, that the TERC solicitation will be issued on 23 January 1995. All advance questions regarding the solicitation, shall be submitted to U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, ATTN: CENAB-CT-V (C. Miller), P. O. Box 1715, Baltimore, Maryland 21203-1715, by 12 Noon, Friday, 10 February 1995. The Procurement Opportunities Fair, will be a marketing/network/handshake session for small businesses and small disadvantaged businesses to introduce themselves to prime offerors for possible subcontracting and teaming arrangements. Prime contractors desiring to reserve a booth, shall be limited to two (2) people per table, on a first come, first serve basis. ONLY THE FIRST 100 RESERVATION LETTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You must send a reservation letter on company letterhead to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, Small Business Office, City Crescent Building, P. O. Box 1715, Baltimore, Maryland, 21203-1715, ATTN: CENAB-DB, Rm. 7000K. You will then receive a written acceptance from that office. Telephone inquiries and data facsimiles shall not be accepted. All size firms interested in canvassing the booths for marketing/networking/handshaking are encouraged and welcomed to attend the fair. There will be no cost for firms desiring to reserve a booth.
