Provide all services necessary for the off-base reclamation and/or final treatment/disposal of waste materials generated on Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia in accordance with all local, state and federal EPA solid and hazardous waste laws and regulations. Services include, but are not limited to, initial and annual waste stream analysis, profile/waste characrerization, segregation of hazardous waste, disposal services involving fuels blending, packaging, marking and labeling of containers and all transportation requirements. Materials include, but are not limited to, liquids, solids, sludges of contaminated absorbent materials/paint/thinner/solvents/jet fuels/photographic developer and fixer/aerosol solvents/expired chemical decontamination kits, and spill residue. Dobbins ARB is a large quantity generator and requirs services at 60-day internavls. Contractor must be fully licensed, state approved and insured for the required services. A Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract with a basic year plus four (4) option periods is anticipated for this procurement.
