To include exchange of dirty/contaminated solvent, labor, handling and transportation of solvent from user site, filling out the EPA manafest and disposal of fluids. Also providing appropriate solvent and service at various intervals. Solicitation documents will be issued for this requirement on or about February 10, 1995. This contract will have a base period 1 Apr 95 thru 30 Sep 95 with 2 options periods. First option period, 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96. Second option period, 1 Oct 96 through 31 Mar 97.
