This work includes providing and delivering new, one story pre-manufactured modular trailer sections, approximately 13120 net square feet and 15120 gross square feet to a site located at Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia. The facility shall provide a Medical Facility in (9) 28' X 60' double wide trailers arranged to form a single facility. The functional design of this facility will be provided by the contractor. The units shall be complete with electrical power, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, interior partitions and all other items specified in the solicitation. Required site work includes building foundations, utilities, landscaping, signage guide, and vehicular access for ambulance to treatment room/ambulance dispatch area.
