AT THE FORMER FORT ORD MILITARY INSTALLATION Due 022895. Contact Point,

Monterey Bay is accepting bids for Phase I Renovations of 24 buildings
on the campus located at the former Fort Ord Military Installation. A
mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-through are scheduled for
Tuesday, February 14, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. PST. Bidders are to meet at
the job site, 100 Campus Center, Building 3574, Module A. Bidders
should allow a minimum of two hours and attendance shall be at their
sole expense. A valid driver's license, automobile registration and
proof of insurance are required to obtain a pass from the Visitors'
Information Center at the POM Annex. Allow one-half hour to obtain a
pass. Separate sealed Bids for Phase I Construction will be received
until 10:00 a.m. PST, Tuesday, February 28, 1995, at Module A. A Class
B Contractor's License is required for this project. A copy of the
contract documents can be obtained from CSUMB for a non-refundable
charge of $125.00. Checks and money orders will only be accepted and
are payable to ``CSUMB Foundation.'' You must reservie your contract
documents and verify your attendance with Debra Terry at (408) 393-3548
no later than noon (PST) Friday, February 10, 1995. This project is
