Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of 210 military family housing units including site improvements, structures, roads, utilities, and landscaping. Included also is the demolition of an existing 210 units including asbestos abatement, capping of utility lines, and removal of all demolition debris. A firm fixed priced construction contract will be awarded based upon a technically acceptable low price. Performance period for resultant firm fixed price construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 42 months for site deveopment, construction, and demolition of 210 units. The anticipated issue date for the RFP will be on or about 1 Feb 1995 with proposals due 45 days after issuance. there is a non-refundable charge of $50.00 for each RFP requested. Checks should be made payable to the United States Treasury. The magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. This action is open to both large and small business. (011)
