The new mezzanine office building located inside Building 573, over the existing silkscreen shop shall be a free-standing steel construction consisting in columns, framing, steel studs, walls with gypsum board both sides, decking, steel stair for access. The mezzanine is installed on existing concrete slab. The mezzanine building will be provided with power and lights, fire sprinkler system, heating/cooling unit mounted at roof top of Building 573, telephone lines computer hook-up, and incidental related work. This is a Firm-fixed price contract. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 6 February 1995, until supply is exhausted. Bid opening will be on or about 8 March 1995 at 2:00 P.M.
