The scope of work, inclusive of options, consists of, but is not limited to ths following: Storage tank removal, contaminated soil removal, backfill of tank and soil removal, asphalt paving for new INS parking spots, providing an engineered gravel base and fenced in coast guard storage area, and removal and replacement of sidewalks and curbs adjacent to streets. All work shll be performed in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. The total estimated cost of construction for work covered by this solicitation is between $250,000 and $500,000 with an 180 calendar day construction period after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Specificaions and drawings will be available on or about February 3, 1995. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on March 7, 1995 at 2:00 P.M. (Local Time). The project is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness DemonstratioN Program. Therefore, response from both small and large business concerns will be considered and evaluated for selection. The Small Business Size Standard for this project is $7 million.
