Vane Motor Oil Injectors for the PHALANX MK 15 Weapon System. The Government requires one hundred and sixty-seven (167) each Vane Motor Oil Injectors. The injectors consist of a pin and housing assembly, retainer seals and o-rings. The operational requirements of the injector is that it will deliver 1.4 - 2.6 CC of oil per 100 strokes when supplying air of 55 + or - 5 PSIG with the operating temperature set at 18.3 - 29.4 degrees C (65- 85 degrees F). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Receiving Officer, Code 1131, Bldg V, NAVSURFWARCEN ORDSTA, Louisville KY 40214-5000. Delivery is required as follows: (1) each first article test unit within 180 days after date of contract award; (55) each within 210 days after date of contract award; (55) each within 240 days after date of contract award; and (56) within 270 days after date of contract award. This is a first time but, no procurement history is available. There is a first article requirement for offerors not having previously funished these items or similar items.
