The Coast Guard is seeking sources to provide a Digital, Universal Port, ISDN capable, Voice Oriented Electronic Key System, to be installed in the U.S. Coast Guard Health Care Facility at Governors Island, New York. The system shall provide for a minimum of 68 station lines and 34 trunks. The system shall provide connectivity for existing analog voice station equipment. The EKS shall be upgradable to a PBX. The system shall support a T-1 interface without a channel bank. The EKS shall have capacity to expand 50% trunks and 100% stations without system replacement. The system shall include critical spare parts to maintain emergency telephone services. Eleven (11) speakerphones W/LCD and 18 programmable buttons and one (1) console shall be provided. An Automatic call sequencer shall be provided. Warranty not voided by Coast Guard Telephone Techicians installation. Battery Backup Power minimum of one (1) hour. Provide training for four (4) Coast Guard technicians for installation and maintenance of EKS. The system shall provide call accounting software, associated P.C. and printer (with interface cable). Three sets of maintenance, installation and operator manuals for both switch and call accounting system. All responses must be received within 10 days from date of publication of this notice.
