Bartley, (317)351-4637 The Naval Air Warfare Ctr - Aircraft Division - Indpls., has a requirement for a qty of 35 each rack mounted industrial enclosed computer systems in support of the AN/ASM-694 Test Set Upgrade of Computer Assy 89018021. This is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. Contract award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The computer systems will be configured with the . following salient features. Chassis: Minimum 19 inch rack mounted; 20 slot passive ISA backplane; space to accept a minimum of 2 half height disk drives; IBM-PC/AT compatible enclosure; steel construction; slide rails for 19 inch rack and minimum computer chassis depth of 24 inches; minimum of 300 watt Power Supply with +5VDC at 5-35 Amps, -5VDC at 0.5-2.5 Amps, +12VDC at 2.5-10 Amps, -12VDC at 0.5-2.5 Amps; 90-132VAC, 47-63Hz Input Voltage; minimum of one 100 CFM cooling fan, black or gray; Front Panel Power and Reset Switches with Locking Drive Bay Door. A fully configured Demonstration Computer System Model is required within 30 days after closing for GOVT Technical Evaluation in the Test Set. Award will be made to the offeror that is fully compatible with existing Hardware and Software. Hardware/Software will not be provided to any prospective contractor. The Specialized Test Set Software is written for compatibility with an Automatic Testing Operational Program (ATOP) which controls the Application and Monitoring of the Hardware Interfaces to test all currently deployed P4A and B Series Pods, AISI Systems and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) for the U.S. Air Force and Navy. This and other unique software has been written to communicate with a new 1553 Bus Interface Card, Security Microcircuit PAL and Aircraft Interface Unit Circuit Card Assembly for addition into this upgraded computer system being solicited.
