PRC Inc. in execution of Contract No. 50-SAPT-4-00319 with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Department of Commerce, hereby issues a sources sought request with the intent to procure maintenance services for the Shared Use Systems (SUS), qty (60) Examiner Workstations and qty (9) Examiner Printers. This acquisition will be exclusively a Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated subcontract life, including options shall not exceed five years, commencing with the subcontract award date. The Examiner Workstations consists of a NEC Express II, 466ST, Model ST-3010-2002; two Image System Displays, Model M21 PMAX; and a Genicom Laser Printer, Model 7610. The Examiner Printers consists of a NEC Express II, 466ST, Model ST-3010-2002; NEC 3FGE 15'' Color Monitor; and a Ricoh LP-M32 Type MR5 Printer. On-site maintenance is required with a two hour response time and a 99.9% operational availability on all the equipment being maintained. The SUS equipment is currenty located at the US Patent and Trademark Office in Crystal City, Arlington, VA and at PRC Inc. in Reston, VA.
